Chia puddings are great. But making a fresh pudding each night can take the ease out of an effortless breakfast. My solution? Make a larger batch of chia pudding at the start of the week and add it to breakfasts or use it as a yummy afternoon snack.
1/2 cup of chia seeds
2 cups almond milk
Method Place chia seeds and almond milk in a large glass container. Mix well and pop in the fridge to set. Overnight is great but in as little as 1-2hours you'll have a reasonably set pud.
