Chia puddings are great. But making a fresh pudding each night can take the ease out of an effortless breakfast. My solution? I make a larger batch of chia pudding at the start of the week and add it to my breakfast or use it as a yummy afternoon snack.
It's as simple as using a 500ml glass jar or container of your choosing. I find my Lucky You Cleanse Cashew Milk jar to be the perfect fit - jars are easier to store! Add⅓ cup of chia seeds 1 scoop of protein powder 1-2 tbsp psyllium husk; and fill to the top with water or a nut milk of your choosing. Mix well and pop in the fridge to set. Overnight is great but in as little as 30 mins you'll have a reasonably set pud.
Add 2-3 tbsp of said pud to coconut yoghurt, paleo granola or a smoothie bowl of your choosing. Top with fruit and you've got yourself a pretty well balanced meal! Take that meal prep 👊🏼
