You can do this with any amount of Brussel sprouts.
Approx. 10 Brussel Sprouts were used in this recipe
Olive oil (at most you’ll only need 2 tbsp)
1-2 tbsp. Cumin, ground
Peel off the layers of the Brussel sprouts until you reach the heart, then cut it in half.
Spread the Brussel sprout leaves on a lined baking tray. Drizzle over olive oil and cumin.
Place in a pre-heated oven (heat at 200 degrees) and then reduce down to 180 degrees when you place them in the oven. Check after 10 minutes and then 5 minutes after that, until they are crispy and golden!
