1 small to medium sweet potato
1 bunch of kale
Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees.
Peel the skin off the sweet potato. Using the peeler, continue to peel the sweet potato to form long, thin chips. Place the sweet potato on a lined baking tray. Sprinkle a pinch of salt.
Rinse and peal the kale from the stalk. Roughly break the kale into 1 inch pieces. Place on a lined baking tray and sprinkle a pinch of salt.
Place both trays in the oven. Set a timer for 5 minutes and check their progress. They may require 5 more minutes. Keep checking until they have formed a nice brown crisp / crunch. Remove from the oven and leave to cool.
