Ingredients 1 heaped tsp The Powder People Goldie Blend (or 1tsp of turmeric, ½ tsp ginger, pinch of cracked black pepper) 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar ½ lemon, freshly squeezed ½ tsp manuka honey (optional) ¼ C water (or ½ orange, juiced, to dilute)
Method Combine turmeric mix and apple cider vinegar to form a paste. Add honey and stir to further combine (optional) Squeeze over the juice of half a lemon. Add water or OJ to dilute the mixture. Knock it back, and chase with a glass of water.
