1/3 C Cashews, ground
2 tbsp cacao powder
1 scoop plant-based protein powder
10 medjool dates (pitted and rinsed)
1 tsp coconut oil
1 tbsp cacao nibs
Mix dry ingredients together, ground cashews, cacao and protein powder.
Add to a nutri-bullet or food processor with medjool dates and coconut oil.
Blitz until all ingredients are combined and it forms a dough like consistency.
Remove from processor and knead by hand to ensure all ingredients are combined.
Using ½ tbsp. of mixture, roll into balls.
Place in the fridge for minimum 1 hour to set.
