In a saucepan, combine the wet ingredients on a low heat, until soft.
Once it is mixed well, take it off the heat and add in the dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly to combine and make sure all seeds are equally distributed throughout the mix.
Pour the mixture into a shallow lined baking tray and press down firmly. Pop into the fridge to firm up and allow to set for at least an hour.
Once set, cut into slice.
Store in the fridge for a week.
