1/3 C almonds, ground
1 scoop of plant based protein
8 medjool dates (pitted and rinsed)
1 tbsp natural almond butter
1 tbsp vanilla essence
1 tsp coconut oil
Mix dry ingredients together, ground almonds and protein powder.
Add to a nutri-bullet or food processor with medjool dates, natural almond butter, vanilla essence and coconut oil.
Blitz until all ingredients are combined and it forms a dough like consistency.
Remove from processor and knead by hand to ensure all ingredients are combined.
Using ½ tbsp. of mixture, roll into balls.
Place in the fridge for minimum 1 hour to set.
